This is where we start. We’ll explore your unique mind-body type (dosha), your current imbalances, and the root causes behind them. You’ll learn:
The basics of Ayurveda and how it applies to you
Which daily habits, foods, and self-care practices support your natural balance
How to work with the current season (and your personal season of life)
You’ll leave with a personalized Ayurvedic routine — practical, doable shifts to support your digestion, energy, mood, and overall well-being.
