At Adelyn Be Well, I help Mama’s navigate their health & wellness after baby’s birth, from the 4th trimester and beyond. I use the holistic and proven lifestyle methods of Ayurveda, my professional organizing and producer credentials, and an individualized routine of self-care. It’s deep & committed self-work that’s necessary to vibe high—not only for ourselves, but for the little humans we’re raising. Ayurveda translates to “The Knowledge of Life.” It’s a proven ancient holistic health system that works with the laws of nature for better health and well-being, and can be tailored specifically for Mamas. The principles are simple once you learn the fundamentals.

Mama’s rebirth with more joy & ease

I’m here to support Mama’s rebirth journey after baby’s birth — what I like to call the fifth trimester. As an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor and a Professional Producer, I help Mamas curate a prescriptive mind-body-soul blueprint that supports their transition into a more conscious and structured way of living, not only as a Mama, but as the new empowered women they are from becoming a Mama. This work together is all about creating sustainable planning and organizational tools for the day-to-day work-flows of being a Mama to our babies, so that we are able to budget the appropriate time and energy for nurturing ourselves. This process can get bumpy as we navigate a re-learning of the self as a new Mama, but the rebirth is so magical, and oh so worth it. Don’t worry, I have plenty of tips to make the transition more fun and joyful. To give a primer on what this rebirth journey involves, I break it down into THREE PILLARS:

1. THE DOSHAS

Ayurveda explains our individual mind-body types (the doshas) through the laws of nature and universal energy. Owning this self-knowledge guides us to make better informed choices for our health and well-being. Work with me to learn about your dosha and how to optimize your mind-body health around it!

2. NOURISHMENT

In Ayurveda, digestion is one of the three pillars of health (along with sleep + hormonal health). When we eat for our dosha, food is nourishment that supports strong digestion, healthy metabolism, skin health and immune function. Work with me to learn how to shop seasonally and eat for your dosha!

3. LIFESTYLE

Ayurveda says we don’t only digest our foods, but also our everyday thoughts, actions and emotions. Do you feel supported and nourished by your current lifestyle?
